Gachas
Create randomized prize pools for inworld gacha vendors, with optional rare items and a pity counter.
A gacha is a randomized prize pool that an inworld Gacha vendor pulls from. Configure the price each pull costs, the chance of pulling a rare item, and an optional guarantee counter that can award a rare item after a number of consecutive non-rare pulls.
The Gachas page lives at stores.allomancy.com/gachas.
Creating a gacha
To create the gacha and open its detail page for configuration, enter a name in New gacha name (a label for your own organization) and click Add Gacha
Configuring a gacha
This gacha's detail page is where you set the price, rarity, and guarantee behavior (pity counter), and where you choose which products the gacha hands out.
To rename a gacha, hover the title at the top of the page and click it. The header turns into an input. Press Enter to save or Esc to cancel.
The Gacha Settings card has three numeric fields:
- Price (L$): how much each pull costs.
- Rare chance (%): percentage chance that any single pull returns a rare item.
- Guarantee At: optional guarantee counter. After this many consecutive non-rare pulls in a row, the next pull is guaranteed to return a rare item. Set to 0 to disable the guarantee counter.
To apply changes, click Save Settings
Choosing which products go in the gacha
Below the settings, a two-column board shows your existing products:
- Other products: products that are not currently part of this gacha.
- In Gacha: products that the gacha can pull from.
Drag a product between columns to add or remove it.
If you have many products to move at once, use the Move and Remove buttons above the board to shift the entire list in either direction.
Make sure the products you add to the gacha have permissions set properly. The detail page shows this reminder, because the gacha hands out the items as if they were sold normally.
How items are marked as rare
A gacha tells rare items apart from common items by looking at the product or item name. To flag a product as rare, include one of these patterns in its name:
[rare](case-insensitive)(rare)(case-insensitive){rare}(case-insensitive)RARE(must be in ALL CAPS)
A pull either returns a rare item (when the rare-chance roll wins, or when the guarantee counter is reached) or a non-rare item from the rest of the pool.
Pairing a gacha with a vendor
A gacha by itself does not sell anything. Pair it with an inworld vendor through the Vendors page:
- Open the vendor's edit dialog and go to the Vendor Type step.
- Select Gacha as the vendor type.
- Use the Gacha Selection picker to choose this gacha. A shortcut next to the picker takes you back to the Gachas page if you need to create a new gacha.
The Vendor Type step needs vendor script version 1.20 or later. Older vendors show a "Please update your vendors" notice in that step.
Where gacha purchases show up in Sales
Gacha sales appear on the Sales tabs alongside regular sales. On the Sales Table tab, gacha purchases get a small dice icon in the Info column. On the Products chart, gacha purchases are merged into the chart when the Source filter includes System sales.
Editing or deleting a gacha
Each row on the Gachas list has two action buttons:
- Click to open the gacha's detail page so you can change settings or item membership.
- To delete the gacha, click

The Gachas page is visible only to the store owner. Managers do not see it from a managed store. See Store Managers for the full list of owner-only areas.
