Product Tools
Discount, send, redeliver, and organize products.
Beyond listing products, Allomancy gives you a few practical tools for everyday product care. Use these when you need to run a sale, send an item to a resident, redeliver a product to past customers, or group related products together.
Setting product discounts
On the products page, click to open a window with three discount modes and a value field.
Percent
Use Percent for a percentage discount. For example, if a product costs L$100 and you enter 20, the product price becomes L$80.
Flat
Use Flat to subtract a fixed L$ amount from the current price. For example, if a product costs L$800 and you enter 10, the product price becomes L$790.
Override
Use Override to replace the current price with the value you enter. For example, if a product costs L$600 and you enter 40, the product price becomes L$40.
Sending a product
On the products page, click on the product, enter one or more Second Life usernames separated by commas, and optionally add a message that will appear in the recipient's local chat.
Running a bulk redelivery
Bulk redelivery sends a product again to every customer who owns that product.
From the products page, click on the product, choose the Mass redelivery tab, optionally add a message, and click Mass Redeliver.
Managing categories
Categories help you group related products. On the categories page, type a category name and use Add Category to create it. Use on a category row to open that category.
On the category page, drag products from Other products into In Category. Use Move to add every currently displayed product from Other products, or Remove to take every currently displayed product out of In Category.
Once a category has products, use to apply a discount to the whole group. You can also choose a Webhook for the category so sales from those products post to a specific channel or server; see Discord Notifications for webhook setup.
