Sales & Reporting
Review individual sales and chart revenue by date, product, or location.
The Sales section gives you four ways to look at the same transactions: a table for individual sales and three charts that group sales by date, by product, or by location. Use it to investigate a single purchase, watch your store's revenue trend, see your best-selling products, or compare regions.
The Sales pages live at stores.allomancy.com/sales.
Switching between sales views
Across the top of the page you can switch between:
- Table: every transaction in a paginated list.
- Dates: revenue or quantity over time, grouped by day, month, or year.
- Products: revenue or quantity by product.
- Locations: revenue or quantity by region or sale source.
Visiting /sales directly takes you to the Table tab.
Filtering sales
A few filters appear above every tab, but not all of them apply to every view:
- Date range: pick a custom range or a preset. Defaults to the last 30 days. Disabled on the Table tab.
- Location: limit results to a single store location. Disabled on the Table tab.
- Source: choose System (inworld vendor sales), Marketplace (SL Marketplace), or Both. Hidden on the Locations chart, which already groups by source.
- Group by (Dates chart only): Daily, Monthly, or Yearly.
- View (charts only): show Gross, Net, Quantity, or Gross & Net side by side.
Filter selections persist for the rest of your browser session.
Reading the totals
The summary card on each chart shows three numbers, which match the chart series:
- Gross: the total L$ customers paid before any deductions.
- Net: the L$ kept by your store after deductions.
- Amount: the number of transactions in the range.
Reviewing individual sales
The Table tab lists individual transactions. Each row shows:
- Product: the product name. Struck through in gray if the product has since been deleted, struck through in red if the transaction itself was deleted.
- Receiver: the customer who received the product. Hovering the name opens a quick profile popover.
- Info: status icons that surface gift purchases, redeliveries, gacha pulls, and any credits or customer discount used. Hover an icon for the details.
- Paid: gross L$ the customer paid.
- Net: net L$ for the transaction after deductions.
- Location: where the sale happened. Click an inworld region name to open the SLurl in a new tab.
- Date: date and time of the sale.
- Action: redeliver this product to the receiver.
- Status: green check for delivered, red X for failed delivery, yellow refresh while the product is still being delivered.
Searching and filtering the table
Two icon toggles above the table keep the results tidy:
- Hide L$0 transactions (on by default). Hides gifts, comps, and other zero-value rows.
- Hide deleted products (on by default). Hides rows where the product has been deleted from your store.
The Source filter from the top of the page also applies to the table, so you can show only System sales, only Marketplace sales, or both.
Deleting transactions
Tick the checkbox on one or more rows to enable the bulk delete button, then review the listed rows before confirming.
Deleting a transaction does not remove the customer's right to request a redelivery for that product. To stop redeliveries, remove the purchase from the customer's profile on the Customers page.
Reading the Dates chart
The Dates chart plots Gross, Net, Quantity, or Gross & Net over time. Use the Group by filter to switch between Daily, Monthly, and Yearly buckets. The summary card above the chart sums up the visible range.
The Source filter applies here too: switch to System or Marketplace to see only those sales.
Reading the Products chart
The Products chart ranks your products by gross, net, or quantity for the selected period. Each bar is labeled with that product's share of the total. Gacha purchases are included alongside regular system sales when they appear in the selected source.
Grouping with tags
The tag input above the chart lets you collapse many products into a few buckets by partial name match. Type a tag like black or shirt, and any product whose name contains that string is folded into a black or shirt bar. Anything that matches no tag goes into a * Others * bar. This is useful for comparing color variants, product lines, or item types at a glance.
Reading the Locations chart
The Locations chart ranks the regions where your sales happened. SL Marketplace and Marketplace imports are folded into a single * Marketplace * row, so you can compare your inworld locations against your Marketplace activity side by side.
