Mass Edit

Update matching products in bulk from the Products page.

Mass Edit updates matching products from the Products page. Click to open a four-step dialog: Filters, Basic Info, Extra Config, and Profit Share.

Filtering products

Use filters to choose which products Mass Edit touches.

  • Product name filter: matches products whose names contain the text you enter.
  • Minimum Price and Maximum Price: limit the update to products inside a L$ price range. When you leave the range at its defaults, the price filter includes every product.
  • Category filter: turn this on to pick a category. When it is off, category is not used as a filter.

Choosing what to update

The Price (L$) and Image UUID fields are always visible on Basic Info. Leave either field blank when you do not want Mass Edit to change that value.

For most other product details, choose exactly which changes to apply. Turn on the matching update control before setting the value you want to use.

Basic Info

  • Update demo: unlocks the Demo item picker, filtered to demo items inworld.

Extra Config

  • Update permissions: unlocks Copy, Modify, and Transfer checkboxes.
  • Update Bloggable: unlocks the Bloggable switch.
  • Update credit block: unlocks the Block Credits switch.
  • Update limited: unlocks the Limited switch. When Limited is on, also set Available amount.

Profit Share

Update Profit Share unlocks the profit-share editor. For more details, see Profit Share.

Enabling Update Profit Share with no rows clears the existing product profit share for every matching product. To leave profit shares unchanged, keep Update Profit Share off.

Confirming the update

A Mass Edit run with no Product name filter and no Category filter touches every product within the selected price range. Read the confirmation before continuing.

Use Update to review the confirmation.

When at least one product-name or category filter is set, a dialog titled Apply the changes? opens.

When no product-name filter and no category filter are set, the Warning: No filters! dialog warns that every product within the selected price range will be affected.

Permissions

Mass Edit is part of the Products page and needs the Manage Products permission. Store owners always have it. To grant it to a staff member, see Store Managers.
