Home

See how your store is doing at a glance, from sales totals and the revenue trend to what currently needs your attention.

The Home entry in the sidebar opens your store overview: sales totals for a chosen period, the revenue trend, where your sales come from, your best sellers, and a panel listing anything that needs action. The header shows which store's numbers you are looking at; when you are managing another merchant's store, the store name carries a (manager) tag.

Choosing the period

The 7d / 30d / 90d / 12mo control at the top scopes everything on the page; 30d is the default. The trend is grouped by day for 7d and 30d, by week for 90d, and by month for 12mo.

Sales at a glance

The tile row summarizes the selected period: Gross sales, Net income, Sales count, and Average sale, each with the change compared to the previous period. A New customers tile appears alongside them when your permissions include the Customers list.

Reading the trend chart

The chart plots one metric at a time; switch between Revenue and Sales count with the toggle on the card. Hover any point for the gross, net, and sales count of that day, week, or month.

Sales channel

The Sales channel card splits the period's revenue between Inworld (sales through your vendors inworld) and Marketplace (Second Life Marketplace sales), with a bar showing each side's share.

Top products

Top products lists your five best sellers for the period, ranked by gross revenue.

Needs attention

The Needs attention panel lists only what currently needs action; when nothing does, it shows an all-clear state instead. The rows you may see:

  • Failed deliveries: how many inworld deliveries are still failing; a delivery that later succeeds drops out of the count.
  • Blogger applications to review: pending applications from bloggers.
  • Vacation requests to review: pending vacation requests.
  • Deadline extensions to review: pending extension requests.
  • A subscription warning, shown to the store owner when the store subscription is about to expire.

The three blogger rows appear only when your permissions include Manage Bloggers.

Permissions

On a store you own, the overview always loads. On a managed store, you need the View Sales permission to see it. The New customers tile follows your access to the Customers list, which View Sales includes. See Store Managers for granting permissions.
